In remembrance of Pakistan’s martyrs, especially those who lost their lives battling terrorism, the Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation hosted a unique ceremony. The organization named these fallen warriors “Homeland Heroes.”
Members of the Foundation thanked the Pentagon for assisting Pakistan in its fight against terrorism. They expressed their gratitude to Pentagon Major General Patrick Ryder in particular for his assistance.
According to the chairman of the Overseas Pakistani Group of Foundation, their martyrs gave their lives to ensure the safety of not just Pakistan but the entire world. He declared that he will be meeting with the martyrs’ families to show support.
The TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) and attempts to incite animosity between the army and citizens were other issues brought up by the foundation.The charity intends to honor the martyrs with a banner as part of their project, which will travel from the US to England and then Europe before being given to the martyrs’ families.
