Over $1.2 billion worth of products were sold at the end of the second International Food and Agriculture Exhibition, which was organized by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). Over 800 buyers from 75 countries attended the three-day exhibition at the Expo Center.
Some of the exhibition’s main highlights are:
330 exporters from Pakistan displayed more than 500 high-quality goods.
- More than 150 Chinese buyers attended as a delegation
7,00 B2B meetings took place.
There were 36 signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
The Memoranda of Understandings (MoUs) aimed to strengthen collaboration in areas like rice, processed foods, and other fruits and vegetables. Notable seafood deal for $35 million was inked between Chinese and Pakistani businesses.
International businesses also made investment offers in the beverage, potato seed, and dairy industries.
