Recently, there have been shootings and bomb assaults in several Balochistani districts by the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA). Attackers stopped buses and vehicles in the Musa Khel Rarasham region, made the passengers get off, and then slaughtered 23 Punjabi citizens after verifying their identification.
Residents of Quetta vehemently denounced this incident, saying:
“We strongly denounce the BLA’s attack on innocent people.”
Residents observed that majority of the victims were Punjabi laborers who had traveled for employment. They called the decision to execute these low-class laborers “extremely cowardly.”
In order to stop similar incidents in the future, the community encouraged the government to act immediately against the terrorists.
