With assistance from the Special Investment Facilitation Council, Dewan Farooque Motors Limited (DFML) has started producing electric vehicles at its assembly factory under the Engineering Development Board (SIFC). This action represents an important advancement for Pakistan’s car industry.
To produce Hanri-V E electric vehicles, DFML and Eco-Green Motors Limited inked a tool manufacturing agreement in June of this year. The purpose of this strategic alliance is to increase the company’s market share in the expanding electric car industry.
After making this announcement, the price of DFML’s shares increased by 1.8% to 52.3 rupees per share, indicating that investors were enthusiastic about the company’s new endeavor.
