ISLAMABAD: Renowned religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik, who is now visiting Pakistan for over a month, has lauded the country’s people for their hospitality and compassion, saying that “the people of Pakistan are very loving and caring.”
The statements were made by Dr. Naik on Tuesday at the Parliament House in Islamabad during a meeting with Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq.
In order to address the issues facing the Muslim Ummah, he emphasized that the Muslim nations should put aside their differences and come together in the guidance of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
The religious professor declared that Islam is a religion of brotherhood, peace, and love, and that his sermons are intended to bring attention to the real message of Islam’s teachings on these subjects to Muslims everywhere.
