In Sialkot, a man was shot and killed by what appears to have been his brother-in-law, who held him responsible for his sister’s passing.

Muhammad Abrar was shot and killed by Hamza, the alleged offender, according to police reports.
Madiha, Abrar’s wife, had lately died of heart arrest. According to reports, Hamza blamed Abrar for Madiha’s passing since he thought he should have gotten her help sooner.
According to accounts, on the ninth day following his sister’s passing, Hamza went to the graveyard for a Fatiha and then, overcome with sadness over her passing, killed her. The victim, Abrar, was a father of four kids.
