RAWALPINDI: According to the Inter-Serivces Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday, the security forces shot and killed four terrorists in two different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
“After an intense exchange of fire, two khwarij including Kharji Insaf Ullah, were [killed]” during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in North Waziristan District, according to a statement released by the military’s media wing.
The ISPR reported that “own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location and resulted in two khwarij being killed, while three were injured” in another operation in Khyber District.
Additionally, weapons and ammunition were found on the bodies of terrorists who, according to the military’s media wing, continued to actively engage in a number of terrorist attacks against law enforcement (LEAs) and innocent people.
