Some of Donald Trump’s supporters are upset that President Joe Biden appears to have given Ukraine permission to attack Russia with long-range missiles manufactured in the United States.
Trump himself has not spoken, but he won the election after promising to end the war – and numerous people close to him have decried the action as hazardous escalation.
Biden has apparently abandoned a long-standing red line on Ukraine’s use of American weapons to launch attacks deep into Russia over the weekend, despite having committed tens of billions of dollars to Kyiv’s war effort.
The president was attempting to “get World War Three going” prior to his father’s inauguration, according to a tweet from Donald Trump Jr.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, stated that “missiles will speak for themselves” and that no such statement was in the works.
