RAWALPINDI: According to a statement released by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday, security forces killed three terrorists in two different encounters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on November 21 and 22.
The military’s propaganda wing said that the forces in the Khyber district’s Bara area carried out an intelligence-based operation.
According to the statement, troops successfully engaged the terrorists’ site during the operation, killing two militants: Gulla Jan and Haqyar Afridi, also known as Khyberay.
“In another incident, the movement of a group of Khwarij, who were trying to infiltrate through the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was picked up by the security forces in South Waziristan District,” according to the ISPR.
