Asim Khan and Noor Zaman, two squash players from Pakistan, will participate in the Cape Town Open, which is scheduled for November 26–30.
The prize pool for the next competition, which is a part of the Professional Squash Association’s (PSA) Copper event, is $25,000.
Against the world’s top squash players, the Pakistani team is preparing to make a big impression.
After receiving byes in the first round, sixth-seeded Asim and eighth-seeded Noor will begin their careers in the second round, which is set for November 27.
Asim comes into the competition having just won his maiden PSA World Tour title, which he earned by defeating England’s top-seeded Nick Wall in the championship match.
