MMA star Conor McGregor, who lost a civil rape case on Friday, has stated that he will give his legal team instructions to appeal the decision. The woman in the case was supported by sizable crowds in Dublin.
In 2018, McGregor was charged with raping Nikita Hand in a hotel room in Dublin. According to the Irish Courts Service, a civil court jury found McGregor guilty of assault on Friday and gave Hand around 250,000 euros, or about $263,600.
