Regarding his relationship with his mother, Caitlyn Jenner, Brody Jenner has been candid.
He also openly discussed parenting in an interview with Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
“I’d see him—’him’ at the time—here and there, at random,” The Hills star said at the outset. “However, my mother says that I used to write on cards, ‘Why doesn’t dad call me on my birthday?'”
For those who don’t know, Caitlyn Jenner was married to Linda Thompson from 1981 to 1986. The two of them had two boys, Brandon and Brody.
“I think not having Bruce around growing up and her doing that transition, it was tough just being her son,” he recalled when his father formally changed his gender in September 2015.
