In Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), school playgrounds are being converted into first aid camps so that kids can learn how to react in the event of a conflict with India.
13-year-old Konain Bibi, wearing a neon vest and a protective helmet, listened intently to her first aid session.
“With India threatening us, there’s a possibility of war, so well all have to support each other,” she stated to AFP.
Pakistan has issued a warning, claiming to have “credible intelligence” that India was preparing a military attack.
Since last week’s horrific attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), already tense relations between the nuclear-armed neighbors have deteriorated.
