KARACHI: Because of the dry winds that are now in place, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) stated on Monday that rain was not expected in Karachi.
Strong gusts and thunderstorm-related rain were previously predicted to be possible in Karachi, offering residents respite from the hot and muggy weather.
However, PMD reports that the weather system has moved away from Karachi, much to the city’s dismay.
But tomorrow (Tuesday), the Met department said there was a risk of rain in several areas of the city.
