RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations stated Monday that at least eight terrorists were killed and a soldier was martyred during intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The military’s media wing claims that an IBO was carried out in the North Waziristan district’s Mir Ali general area.
“During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location and, resultantly, three khwarij were sent to hell,” it continued.
The state refers to the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which frequently attacks the nation from Afghan territory, as Fitna Al Khawarij.
