KARACHI: Today (Monday), the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts that the city will have light rains and isolated drizzle in the morning and evening.
Over the next 24 hours, the Met Office has forecast that the weather will continue to be gloomy and humid.
The lowest temperature recorded over the last 24 hours was 29°C, and the highest temperature is predicted to be between 33°C and 35°C.
According to the PMD, the air is still 78% moist, indicating high humidity levels.
Light sea breezes, which are blowing at about 11 kilometers per hour, are providing some respite from the hot temperatures in the meanwhile.
Karachiites may find a little reprieve from the city’s persistent sweltering spell thanks to the cloud cover and sporadic drizzle.
