Abdul Ezedi was the target of a worldwide manhunt following his alleged involvement in an attack in which a woman and her two daughters in Clapham, south London, were doused with a potent alkali chemical.
In the footage, two policemen are seen removing a body from the water at Tower Pier, which is close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Billy Kither, one of the witnesses, stated that on Monday at around 4 p.m., while he and his companion were on an Uber Boat on the Thames close to Tower Bridge, he noticed a flurry of police activity.
He told News, “I think the police were just doing random checks on the boat.”
“They were just strolling around, glancing at folks to make sure all was well.
“There is someone in the water, so we can’t stop,” the radio sent a message to the boat.
“Police boats and radios began to sound, search and rescue vehicles approached us, and officers boarded another boat.” Their faces were displaying panic.”
