Beginning on April 16, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted rain and thunderstorms to affect several sections of the nation, including Karachi.
The Met Office reported in a forecast update that another powerful westerly wave is expected to hit most of Balochistan on April 17 and likely to strike the western sections of the country on Wednesday, April 16.
It stated that on April 18, the westerly wave will reach the upper regions.
From April 17 to April 19, severe rain is predicted in many regions of Sindh, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Larkana, Dadu, Qambar Shahdad Kot, Jamshoro, and Sanghar.
