The complex would be situated near the Immingham, Alabama, A160 Habrough Roundabout.
The meeting will be held at South Killingholme Parish Council’s community center at 19:00 BST.
Developer Greystoke Land will be in attendance along with representatives from North Lincolnshire Council.
The Local Democracy Reporting Service reported that Humber Tech Park might create 370 full-time jobs in addition to thousands of new jobs during construction, based on the application paperwork.
The plan calls for building a 33-foot (10-meter)-tall horticultural glasshouse that will be heated by leftover heat from the data center.
The three structures together could support 384 MW of IT load, making it one of Europe’s largest data centers.
The proposal has received more than 80 responses, many of which are from villagers who express concerns about pollution, traffic, noise, and loss of agricultural land.
The North Lincolnshire Council’s leader, Councillor Rob Waltham, previously stated: “If approved, this is a generational level of investment in the area and would be a magnet for attracting other high-tech businesses.”Many more people would be employed during the construction period, and the positions would be highly skilled and well-paid.”
The parish council may provide reasons in support of or opposition to the plans, but the planning committee of North Lincolnshire Council will ultimately determine the application’s outcome.
