ISLAMABAD: A high-level Google delegation is scheduled to visit Pakistan in the near future to discuss potential collaboration in the domains of technology and education, according to the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.
The goal of the Google team’s visit to Pakistan, according to the Ministry of Education, is to raise access to high-quality education and enhance educational outcomes, particularly for children who are not enrolled in school.
The visit comes after Google was asked by Pakistan’s Ministry of Federal Education to assist Pakistan in developing an education system that is digitally enabled.
“Advance teams from Google have already conducted preliminary work and are excited about the potential for collaboration,” it stated.
The ministry added that partners organized a nationwide workshop to investigate digital options for children who are not in school.
Similar talks took place regarding potential collaboration in the domains of technology and education.
