The prime minister praised Yunus’s contribution to Bangladesh’s socioeconomic growth and thanked him on taking up the role of top adviser. He conveyed his condolences for the destruction brought about by the nation’s recent floods.
Additionally, the prime minister emphasised the significance of revitalizing bilateral relations via improved cooperation in different domains. He acknowledged the close historical, religious, and cultural ties that exist between Bangladesh and Pakistan and expressed a strong desire to increase trade, cultural exchanges, and interpersonal interactions.
