Tomorrow (Thursday), Karachi’s main electricity provider, K-Electric (KE), is scheduled to perform maintenance on many grids in the metropolis, resulting in another power outage.
According to a statement from the power provider, KE will perform essential maintenance at the Baloch and Gulshan Grids to guarantee the stability and dependability of the power supply to customers living in these areas.
The practice necessitates a power outage from 9 p.m. to 6 p.m., which could result in a brief disruption of supplies in areas linked to the aforementioned networks.

The following areas of the Baloch Grid could see power outages during the maintenance work: Mehmoodabad Area; PECHS Block-6; Fazaiya Housing Society; Karachi Administrative Society; Azam Basti; Azam Town; Shabbirabad; KCHS Commercial Area; Block-7/8; Bangalore Town; KMCHS; Jinnah Society; Maqbool Abad; DMCHS Block-7/8.
Certain areas of the Gulshan Grid, including Gulshan-e-Jamal, Main Abul Hasan Isphani Road from University Road to Noman View, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-13D-2, 4A, 3,4, 1, 2 & 13G, 13A, 13B, 13D Askari IV Area, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-11,10A, may experience power outages during the maintenance activities.
