Alongside Nelly, Fantasia, and the band Earth, Wind & Fire, the American rapper was scheduled to be the main act at One MusicFest in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday.
“I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency for the past couple of days, and I won’t be able to perform at One MusicFest,” the 32-year-old star tweeted.
“I truly wish I could be among my supporters this weekend, and it aches my heart that I won’t be able to.

“Don’t worry,” Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, told supporters as she concluded the tweet. “Thank you guys for understanding… I’ll see you shortly.
She shared a number of images of herself and her family hugging the hospitalized baby on Instagram to make the announcement.
Cardi B and Offset, who got married in 2017 but have been dating intermittently over the years, already have two kids together: a three-year-old son named Wave and a six-year-old daughter named Kulture.
