Pakistan’s gold prices have dropped today after rising steadily for a while. The All-Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association claims that changes in the global market caused the price of gold to drop by Rs500 per tola.
The price of gold has decreased by Rs429 to Rs242,798 per 10 kilos, while the new price is Rs283,200 per tola.
This decline comes after prices rose by Rs700 per tola (Rs600 per 10 grams) yesterday, hitting all-time highs of Rs283,700 per tola and Rs243,227 per 10 grams.
