Owner Jason Bright claims that because homeless people would lock themselves in there for extended periods of time, it was a disaster.
They would either take drugs or doze off there. “You would be mistreated,” Mr. Bright warns.
“It’s the worst thing I’ve ever done having a public toilet.”
