During a fierce gunfight with terrorists in the Chashmai neighborhood of Spin Tangi, Bannu, on Thursday, three members of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) were killed and two others were wounded.
District Police Officer (DPO) Saleem Abbas Kalachi stated that CTD troops killed two assailants and injured a number of others in their successful response.
According to the DPO, the militants were able to escape the site with the bodies and injured collaborators. He stated that the injured and slain CTD staff had been moved to a nearby hospital.
