A small tornado is unlikely to occur on Wednesday due to the UK’s rainy and windy bank holiday weekend.
There is very little possibility of a tornado or isolated funnel cloud, according to forecasters, and the Met Office has not issued a warning.
On Wednesday, the country will experience a shift to wetter conditions, with thunderstorms and sporadic, heavy downpours impacting areas of southern England and the Midlands.
On Saturday, there will be rainy spells that will turn into heavy rain in the north and west. On Sunday, there will be showers in the west and wind in the north-west.
