British Airways, the national airline of the United Kingdom, was placed among the worst airlines in the poll.
At 59%, BA’s long-haul customer score was tied for third lowest among the 17 carriers Which? examined.
The airline scored three stars for the remaining six areas evaluated, however only two stars out of five were awarded for the boarding experience and value for the money.
British Airways had the sixth lowest score of 22 airlines for short-haul flights, at 56%.
On the other hand, Singapore Airlines (83%) was rated as the best airline for long-haul travel, while Jet2.com (81%) was ranked as the best airline for short-haul travel.
