“NEPRA Aasaan Approach,” a new smartphone application, has been released, according to the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
The software, which will be formally released tomorrow, aims to give Pakistani electrical users an easy-to-use platform to report and quickly resolve any power-related problems. A variety of concerns, including overbilling and power disruptions, will be handled by the app.
“The introduction of the NEPRA Aasaan Approach application is a component of our continuous dedication to utilizing technology to improve customer support and guarantee prompt and effective handling of customer complaints,” a NEPRA representative stated.
