Lahore’s airspace was once again restricted, according to a fresh Notice to the Airpersons (NOTAM) released by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) on Thursday.
The PAA’s Notam states that the airspace would remain blocked until 6 a.m. tomorrow.
New guidelines were also released for the airports in Skardu and Gilgit.
The PAA has urged both airports to communicate with air traffic control prior to flying operations. According to the PAA, flights will not be allowed at Skardu and Gilgit airports without clearance.
The PAA had earlier declared that flight operations at the airports in Lahore, Islamabad, and Sialkot had resumed.
