In the Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, the Special Communications Organization (SCO) has set up hubs for freelancers in the Keil and Athmaqam regions. In addition, the isolated village of Taubut has started to offer 4G mobile services.
These programs are a part of the SCO’s aims to promote tourism and give youngsters in Azad Kashmir and other distant locations access to contemporary information technology facilities.
