Rapper NBA YoungBoy entered a guilty plea after being brought before the court for his role in a massive prescription drug fraud operation that was centered in Utah.
According to KSL, Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, better known by his stage moniker NBA YoungBoy, was originally charged with 46 state crimes, the majority of which were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
Gaulden, who is already serving 27 months on federal charges, entered a guilty plea to six counts of misdemeanor unlawful pharmacist conduct, two counts of third-degree criminal identity fraud, and two counts of third-degree felony forgery.
According to ABC 4, he also pled “no contest” to the remaining accusations at the court hearing in Logan City on Monday.
The 25-year-old rapper has been spared further jail time as part of his plea agreement.
