Police investigators on Tuesday made the startling admission that Armaghan, the main suspect in the Mustafa murder case, had previously brutally tortured a female.
The girl was hospitalized following the ordeal, according to media sources, but police did not file a report because of Armaghan’s influence.
Police Deputy Inspector General (DIG) South Asad Raza verified that ASI Nadeem had communication with the accused by citing call data.
“Armaghan was not held accountable for the incident because of the police officer,” he continued.
According to the DIG, the event happened while the ASI was working as a “duty officer” at the Gizri Police Station.
