According to a PEOPLE article, Jimmie revealed he wasn’t ready for the commitment when talking about his marriage to Alexis Gale in a recent interview.
The vocalist of Best Shot clarified that outside influences, as opposed to a genuine desire to become a husband, had a significant impact on his decision to get married.
He stated, “when I got married, I knew I wasn’t ready to be a husband, But I was at this point in my life where it felt like I should do that because I heard constantly, ‘You should be married, you should be this.’”
This information is made public in the midst of Jimmie and Gale’s protracted divorce, which started in April 2023.
