In a recent episode of The Office Ladies podcast, Jenna disclosed that Amy Adam was not initially chosen to play Katy Moore in the April 2005 premiere of Season 1 of “Hot Girl.”
Jenna told Deadline that the casting team originally had another actress play Katy in the episode, but that actress was eventually removed because she “looked too similar” to Jenna.
Regarding this, Jenna remembered, “We first spent a whole day filming ‘Hot Girl’ with an entirely different actress.
