A significant solar event is looming for skygazers next month, which will be witnessed by millions of people throughout the North American continent. However, there is one thing you should know regarding its health effects.
The solar eclipse will happen on April 8, 2024. It occurs every three years, but this time it is unusual.
The reason it is uncommon is that it is the largest and will plunge millions over the continent, from Mexico to Newfoundland in Canada.
When a new moon passes between the Earth and the sun, it casts its shadow on our globe, resulting in a solar eclipse. One of these occurred in 2017, when significant areas went black.Justin Godynick, a meteorologist with NBC10 First Alert Weather, said, “Amazing things happen too. Animals that are ordinarily active at night begin to emerge during the eclipse. Crickets will begin to chirp, and it will become colder because the sun is blocking.”
