SSP Kachchi Captain (R) Dost Muhammad Bugti reported that three terrorists from Fitnah-ul-Khawarij, a banned group, were killed in a counterterrorism operation near the Dupassi bridge in the Dhadar district of Bolan.
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) searched the area based on covert intelligence, foiling a plot to carry out a terror act.
Authorities found two 9 mm pistols with bullets, one motorcycle, and seven kg of explosives from the terrorists who had died during the operation. The terrorists’ identities are still a mystery, but the relevant agency will receive their fingerprints for more inquiry.
The terrorists’ bodies have been moved to Civil Hospital Dhadar so that the required procedures can be completed. They would subsequently be moved to the coldroom of Quetta Civil Hospital, as stated by MS Civil Dr. Muhammad Zahid.
