Over a trivial financial dispute, a son in Jaranwala shot and killed his father. After a fight over unpaid debt, the accused, Ali Shan, shot and killed his father, Nazir Ahmed, in the Thana Roadala neighborhood.
Ali Shan left the scene after the shooting.
Following reports of the event, police rushed on the scene. For a post-mortem examination, they took the body into custody and brought it to the THQ Hospital.
In order to capture the culprit, police have blocked off the area and initiated a search, according to SSP Jaranwala, who expressed confidence that he will be taken into custody shortly.
