It’s a really valid question. As far as forecasts go, it’s like trying to solve the “big” crossword without any help!
That would be a good place to start, if only there was a large area of high pressure that promised days of settled weather.
To be honest, the Azores high is one such area of high pressure.
Sadly, it isn’t near enough to us to make a significant difference, however it will occasionally calm conditions in the South. Therefore, we can rule that out as a factor influencing our weather at this moment.
Of course, in terms of the near-term prediction, we have a ton of information.
Although the South may occasionally be delightfully warm, the current forecast calls for somewhat variable circumstances with temperatures that are a touch below average for the time of year.
The weather will turn windy and rainy in the middle of the week, and the weekend will see somewhat warmer temperatures.
