Grenier is a former CIA agent who led the agency’s counterterrorism unit from 2004 until 2006.
In 2001, when the United States invaded Afghanistan, he was also in charge of the CIA station in Islamabad. PTI-USA Inc., a PTI subsidiary, hired Fenton/Arlook, a different lobbying firm, to handle “public relations services, including but not limited to distributing information to and briefing journalists, placing articles and broadcasts, arranging interviews with representatives or supporters of PTI, advising on social media efforts and other such public relations services,” following the removal of the PTI government in April 2022.
After contacting hundreds of US and western media outlets, the company was successful in getting Imran Khan to participate in multiple interviews and news pieces that emphasized the PTI’s story. Following Kensington Palace’s announcement that Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has gone home to Windsor to finish her recuperation from surgery, former Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan expressed his excitement.
Morgan tweeted, “BREAKING: Princess of Wales has left hospital and gone home,” reposting the palace’s statement.
“The Princess of Wales has returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery,” the palace had earlier said in a statement. She is progressing well.
“The Prince and Princess would like to express their sincere gratitude to the entire team at The London Clinic, particularly the committed nursing staff, for the care they have provided,” the statement read.
