Another video of two women “misbehaving” with Motorway Police personnel went popular on social media on Wednesday, following the days-after-a-Motorway policeman in Rawalpindi was driven over by a woman driver.
The women are seen filming the Motorway police officers while they argue, yelling and threatening them in the widely shared video. They were heard complaining that one of the women was injured by Motorway staff when they attempted to “snatch” her phone as she was filming a video for the police.
In addition, one of the women said that the Motorway police had approached them for a bribe, but the policeman insisted that the women had “obstructed” the thoroughfare and were “making video.”
The women were stopped by Motorway Police (North Zone) officers for “speeding” and “rash driving” on the motorway close to Kallar Kahar, according to an official statement they later released on the incident.
The female violator misbehaved towards the officers of the Motorway Police. The statement said, ‘The woman was driving with tremendous negligence and speed.”
The report went on to say that the women ignored requests to stop misbehaving and kept threatening to close down the motorway. They also left the area without paying any fees.
