In its most recent weather advisory, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicted that moist currents from the Bay of Bengal would probably enter Pakistan tomorrow (Monday).
On Monday, September 2, a westerly wave is also predicted to approach the country’s western regions. This weather system is anticipated to provide localized heavy precipitation and thundershowers in the following areas:
Punjab-Islamabad: In Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the surrounding areas, including Murree, Galliyat, Attock, Chakwal, Tala Gang, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, and Gujrat, there is a chance of rain, wind, and thunderstorms with sporadic heavy rainfall.
