Millions of subscribers across are frustrated by the ongoing disruptions that sluggish speed and frequent outages cause to internet customers in Pakistan.
The situation has not improved, despite assurances from the Ministry of Information Technology (IT) and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) turning out to be empty words. Furthermore, in many regions of the nation, mobile internet services have still not been fully restored.
Since yesterday, consumers have experienced significant problems with downloading and uploading data, according to sources in the telecom industry. Mobile users are not the only ones having issues; broadband users are also having trouble with 3G and 4G services.
The PTA has already given itself multiple dates to fix the internet problems, but none of them have been met.
