When Jean Pallant learned that the unique orange coat had appeared in a donation bag at the Oxfam store in Mill Hill, northwest London, she expressed her excitement, saying she was “over the moon”.
The find was made among high-end designer clothing, and store manager Marina Ikey-Botchway claimed she knew right away that the item was valuable.
“Very excited” by the discovery, Ms. Pallant, who designed garments with her late husband Martin and participated in the cultural revolution of the 1960s, expressed her excitement.
Really, I was ecstatic about everything. She stated, “It was really kind of the person who found it to think it was significant.
“Seeing a child is how it feels. It’s very beautiful. I’m astonished that it appears and feels so new even though I know every square inch of it. It appears exactly as it did when it vanished in every way.
