In order to raise awareness of the mental and physical health advantages of yoga among the local community, a big celebration was held to honor International Yoga Day at the beach in Karachi, which was attended by passionate men and women.
Attendees to the yoga session convened at the scenic Karachi coast, close to Nishan-e-Pakistan. Numerous attendees conveyed their gratitude towards yoga for being a fantastic physical workout and a way to attain mental equilibrium.
