Kelly Clarkson, the Grammy-winning singer and songwriter, recently opened out about her “surprising” aspirations for her music career.
The 42-year-old pop artist revealed that she had launched her own label on the Wednesday, January 22 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
While discussing her musical group DivaGurl with guest Keke Palmer, who has had her own record company for “six or seven years,” the bombshell was revealed.
Clarkson declared that she had likewise made the decision to restart her musical career, seemingly impressed.
The Stronger crooner said, “I’m so much older than you… and it’s my first time in my career, and I just started my own label, and I’m putting out my own stuff.”
