The British rock group’s three gigs on their Music of the Spheres world tour are scheduled to take place in Mumbai in 2019. However, tickets for the event are being resold for outrageous prices on websites that resell tickets, as BookMyShow (BMS), the official booking platform, sold out in minutes.
The pricing range for the tickets, which ranged from 2,500 to 12,000 rupees, was announced last Sunday. There was competition among almost 10 million buyers for about 180,000 tickets.
