ISLAMABAD: Senator and former federal minister Faisal Vawda has voiced worries about the safety and “mental state” of Imran Khan, the founder-chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who is still being held in Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail. He claims that a story is being developed to declare the former premier insane.
The comment was in response to a recent post on X by Imran Khan-loyalist Qasim Khan Suri, in which the PTI leader asserted that the imprisoned former prime minister was receiving some “poisonous substance” to change his consciousness.
