Both parties decided to establish collaborative working groups under the Saudi Investment Fund Company (SIFC) to look into new areas of cooperation during the meeting, which was a part of the Fifth collaborative Ministerial Commission.
Abdul Aleem Khan conveyed Pakistan’s strong interest in contemporary technology and investment, providing Kuwait with a plethora of options for new commercial initiatives and investment. Additionally, he declared his intention to grant export zones and exclusive benefits to investors from Kuwait.
The Minister pointed out prospects in Pakistan’s meat, milk, rice, and food industries as possible areas of collaboration.
The Minister from Kuwait, Dr. Mahmood, expressed his intention to boost trade with Pakistan while promising Pakistan all possible cooperation.
Abdul Aleem Khan had already visited with important business figures in Tajikistan, where he highlighted Pakistan’s potential as a major market for trade and business in Central Asia.
It is anticipated that the minister’s visit to Kuwait would result in a number of agreements between the two nations intended to advance mutual cooperation and develop economic ties.”
