During a news conference on Thursday, Senator Irfan Siddiqui and Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah emphasized the government’s position on opposition demands and ongoing legal processes.
According to Rana Sanaullah, “We will prepare a response to the opposition’s demands, and it will be final.” He pointed out that the opposition had retracted its previous demand for the return of the mandate, but he agreed that the PTI had made two main requests.
“It was claimed that all cases were politically motivated, but no specifics were provided,” Sanaullah said in response to the PTI’s accusations. Nothing about the workers engaged was disclosed, not even the FIR number of any case.
The advisor emphasized the court system’s involvement in important situations.
